–All won items must be picked up from the auction location within 4 OPEN days of a closing auction date, a date will be provided on every invoice when to pick up by, Please CHECK and VIEW your invoices in email and on website for the last pick up date for that auction. This deadline is firm. Failure to pick up items on time will be considered abandoned and the winning bidder will not be refunded.

BUYER’S PREMIUM : There is a 13% buyer’s premium in effect for all auctions to cover website and other expenses. All items are sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranties or guarantees. We do our best to provide accurate information about each item but there might be condition issues that MakBidz is unaware of. Bidders failure to pay for won items by the deadline will be charged a re-listing fee of 15% of their winning bid amount plus auction premium and applicable taxes.

Come in at any time at our OPEN pick up times listed below, bring your driver’s license and the invoice from your phone. You do not need to print out your invoices.
Items MUST be picked up WITHIN 4 OPEN Days of auction end date, or the item will be relisted. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

You can text (916) 899-9737 with your bidder number for an extension to pick up your items, if we do not receive an extension text, we will relist the items won with no refund provided. These items will be considered abandoned.
